Compassionate cop-out

The yogic principle I’m practicing today is compassion for myself. I’ve been I’ll and wasn’t able to do asana practice today. And that’s ok because I’m being compassionate towards myself and recognizing my needs….if a friend were to say that, I would totally support them.

But you’re not buying that are you?

…. Yeah, neither am I. It still feels like a cop out to me.

Note to self: bring more real compassion into my life so i can meet my goals and priorities.
